VOTE FAIR 2024

Fair elections are the cornerstone to ensure that only legitimate U.S. citizens vote and that results reflect the true will of the people. We must require proof of citizenship and support measures that retain the partisan primary system, while rejecting Ranked Choice Voting and absentee voting amendments that risk fraud. Ultimately, election integrity is not just a political issue – it is essential for the long-term health and stability of our democratic republic.

Four types of ballot measures related to fair elections in 2024:

No Excuse Absentee Voting Amendment

A no excuse absentee voting amendment would weaken the security of our elections, opening the door to potential fraud and abuse.

State Constitutional Amendment Only Citizens Vote

We need constitutional amendments to protect the integrity of our elections and ensure that only citizens have the right to vote.

Top Two/Four/Five Primary Elections

Rejects partisan primary system, making it possible that only one party goes into a general election, disrupting the tried and true two party primary system.

Ranked Choice Voting

Ranked Choice Voting complicates the electoral process, confuses voters and election officials alike, ensures that some ballots will be discarded during recounting and dilutes the clarity and fairness of election outcomes.
